We’ve done short documentary features on whitewater, world travel, and wildlife.
Our skill at getting great interviews and our talent for writing, shooting, and
editing let us create fast-paced documentary style adventure videos with a style
all their own. We’ve done videos of motorcross events, rafting and kayaking trips
on Class V rivers in Maine, West Virginia, Costa Rica, and Vietnam, group vacations
to Tahiti and Italy, and bald eagles.
Travel video for personal use, documentation of academic or professional excursions,
and wildlife documentary are all well within our area of interest, skill, and talent.
We love any project that involves shooting in remote and challenging situations
and then putting that raw footage together into an entertaining and informative
story.
- Logistics Adventure video can be complicated. Getting to and navigating
other countries, lugging camera equipment up mountains, down rivers, and up 50-foot
trees isn’t a job for just anyone. Long experience with travel and exertion – combined
with fluency in Spanish – eliminate a lot of would-be problems before they come
about.
- CopywritingWe shoot adventure video in a “see-dog, say-dog” format.
That means that although a plan and overall concept are needed to make the shoot
come off well, we build much of the script after the actual shoot, around the shots
we actually get. This leaves a lot of room for capturing the unexpected moments
that crop up and often steal the show. Any interviews are transcribed later, edited,
and woven into a script and story that serves the client’s needs.
- ShootingAll of our videographers have a natural eye that tells them
what to shoot, when, and how. Years of experience with top-quality cameras add skill
and precision to that innate talent.
- EditingWe are masters of digital editing. We have the talent and skill
to be flexible, so we can deliver exactly what you need, whether it’s fast-paced
and edgy video or something simple and informative.
